Crab Cakes with Philmin Blackberry Wine Sauce




For 2 servings

Two 8 oz yellow fin tuna steaks

One tablespoon of whipping cream

One pack of Philmin blackberry wine sauce


1. Season tuna steaks to taste.

2. Grill tuna to desired temperature.

3. Open sauce pack & pour into sauce pan.

4. Bring sauce to a boil.

5. Stir in whipping cream.

6. Pour sauce over cooked tuna steaks.
