Two 8 oz filet mignon
One pack of Philmin Blue Cheese Wine Sauce
One oz blue cheese crumbles
1. Season filet mignon to taste.
2. Grill filet mignon to desired temperature.
3. Open sauce pack & pour into sauce pan.
4. Bring sauce to a boil.
5. Pour sauce over cooked filet mignon.
6. Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles on top.
