Two talapia filets
One pack of Philmin blackberry wine sauce
One oz heavy whipping cream
1. Season talapia filets to taste.
2. Grill talapia until fully cooked.
3. Open sauce pack & pour into sauce pan.
4. Bring sauce to a boil.
5. Pour half of the sauce over talapia.
6. Add whipping cream, stirring
7. Pour rest of sauce over filets
